General Shipping Information

Currently we are unable to ship to PO Boxes

Currently we ship within Australia only

There are also Australian Cities such as Christmas Island etc that are classified as an International delivery and therefore we cannot ship to.

If we cannot ship an item to you, you will be notified by email or phone.
 

Delivery Times

All items are in stock and shipment is usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.
 

Shipping Costs and Methods

- Orders under $100.00 - $10.95 per order
- Orders over $100.00 - Free Shipping
 

Delivery time for metropolitan areas is 1-2 days. Orders under $50 may not require a signature upon delivery. In some cases if you are not home to accept delivery the driver will leave a card advising you of further re-delivery or pickup options. The postage cost includes 1 attempted deliveriy only. If your item is returned to sender we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again.

AAE offers tracked shipping. You can track your shipment with your tracking code here at the AAE website.

 

Do you offer Pickup?

Unfortunately we do not offer pickups for any items at the moment. In order to provide the lowest possible pricing to you, we cannot support this service.
 

Which couriers do you use?

We use StarTrack, Toll Ipec and Australia Post, at our discretion.
